In a typical construction project, the contractor will request funds on a monthly basis in order to collect payment on work on completed to date. Woodbury Inspection Group Inc. will conduct inspections of the property at this time, photograph it, report on what percent of the work is completed, and quantify any "on site" material storage. This will give the lender, and buyer assurance that the work they are paying for, is in fact done.
