Woodbury Inspection Group Inc. has been providing commercial building inspection services for nearly two decades. Our inspections assess the condition of the property site, its drainage, parking, structural systems, building envelope, roof systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and numerous specialty systems.

A typical commercial inspection from Woodbury Inspection Group Inc. is a marriage of experienced and knowledgeable inspectors and qualified licensed commercial subcontractors and engineers. We regularly employ trusted sub-contractors when conducting commercial inspections including HVAC contractors for advanced and large scale refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and electrical contractors for three phase and High Voltage commercial systems as the job requires. We conduct infrared thermal imaging inspection for the appropriate systems, including but not limited to, air conditioning, electrical, roofing, mechanical equipment, and building envelope. We may also employ the expertise of other licensees in the inspection process if necessary, including licensed commercial roofing contractors, elevator specialists, and engineers. Our commercial clients include architects, buyers, owners, contractors, homeowner’s associations, management companies, and banks.
